Job-Specific Expectations

Supervise office staff to ensure timely and satisfactory completion of assigned tasks

Ensure that the the office staff follows the companys policies and internal controls

Ensure that office staff supports all departments

Contribute to a pleasant work environment for all team members

Support the Controller, as needed

Review and balance the Bank Statement on a Daily Basis

Analyze Cash Flow on a Daily Basis

Confirm that all floored units get paid daily and are in compliance with Factory regulations

Completed all office tasks on a daily basis.

Administer and assign all Log-ons

Handle schedule of Office staff

Control and manage return checks

Monitor CIT and Receivables on a daily basis

Prepare monthly sales tax return

Prepare quarterly tire tax return

Ensure and submit all 8300s

Monitor accounting schedules on a weekly basis
